You are the best counselor of your mental disorder. Only you can communicate your feelings to the brain and ask to stop losing its string over someone. Finding an alternative not going to help you in many ways. Eventually, you will feel tired, bored and stressed out, so it is better for you to stay safe. Don’t get addict to alternatives. It can make your time pass by, but will not clear the state of your mind.
